CBRE tapped Anthony Selman to head its investment property division for the CEE region. Selman joins CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner, in charge of capital markets for the CEE region. He will takes over Sept. 1 from Gijs Klomp, who is leaving to join a client. Selman has more than 14 years of real estate experience. At Cushman & Wakefield he worked in Russia, Latin America and Poland, where he landed a number of significant deals on behalf of clients like Rockspring, CBRE GI and Tristan Capital Partners. His role in CBRE will be to focus on new business development across the CEE region and coordinate cross-border transactions.
