UK-based online retailer AO has leased 10,200 sqm of warehouse and 550 sqm of office space on a temporary basis on Robert-Bosch-Strasse in Bedburg near Cologne. The company will stay there until work on its Germany headquarters in Bergheim completes in 2015. AO also leased 1,100 sqm of office space at Stammelner Strasse in Elsdorf. Christiane Ahrens Hausverwaltungs represented the landlord (Lanber Properties LLP) during contract negotiations.
