AOC Immobilien is set to build a new mixed-use project in Dresden. The total investment volume is approximately €11m. The project, located at Teplitzer Strasse 76 and 78 between the Mockritz and Strehlen districts, will offer 35 apartments, covering a total of 2,744 sqm of space, and three commercial units, totaling 630 sqm. The project will go up on a 3,037 sqm plot and include 58 parking spots. The completion is scheduled for Q3 2018.
