Magdeburg-based AOC Immobilen is set to build two residential projects in Leipzig. The investment volume is approximately €50m. The schemes, located on Prager Strasse in downtown Leipzig, will include 150 units. The plots cover 6,593 sqm and will offer 13,000 sqm of residential and 4,000 sqm of commercial space. The project will go up in two phases. This is the company’s first project in Leipzig.
