Apartment prices in Bucharest have dropped significantly over the past six years, according to a study published by Imobiliare.ro. Three- and four-room apartments can be purchased in many Bucharest neighborhoods for €60,000. In 2008, the average price for a studio in Bucharest was about €82,000, while a three-room apartment could cost as much as €123,000, according to Imobiliare.ro.
