Apartment prices fall in July

The average price of three-room apartments in Bucharest fell by 0.3 percent in July to €76,950, according to Ziarul Financiar’s real estate index, which is produced in collaboration with Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania.

The political events of the last month have affected the national currency and real estate acquisitions.

The index shows that the biggest price drops in July were registered in Militari and Aviatorilor apartments in areas where owners have cut prices by €4,000 to €85,000 and €68,000 respectively. On the other hand, Mihai Bravu apartments and Vitan Mall apartments recorded average price increases of €3,000 in July.
