Apartment prices in Croatia decreased 2.5% in July

The average price for an apartment in Croatia decreased last month by an average of 2.5 percent compared to July 2015, according to a report by the real estate portal Crozilla.com. Prices grew in towns such as Varaždin, Senj and Šibenik, but fell in in Dubrovnik and Sisak.

The average price per square meter in July in Dubrovnik was €3,073, in Senj €1,307, in Zagreb €1,589, while in Umag it was €1,987.

The apartments in highest demand are in Zagreb, Split, Zadar, Pula and Osijek. Among foreign buyers, the most attractive locations are currently Zagreb, Split, Makarska, Crikvenica and on the Island of Krk.
