Robyg has laid the foundation stone at the Jagodno scheme, going up between Buforowa and Klasztorna streets in Wrocław. The project will include 900 apartments as well as retail units, a nursery school and a park. The apartments will range in size from 27 sqm to 109 sqm. Apartment sales have kicked off, with delivery set for the second quarter 2020. The Smart House system will be included in the price of an apartment.
