Murapol has started selling apartments in the first stage of its Zielona Toskania project in Wrocław. Apartments will range in size from 25 sqm to 56 sqm and each will include a garden or balcony. The units will be fitted with anti-smog filters as well as smart home systems. The scheme, designed by Murapol Architects Drive, will also include 192 parking spots. Construction is set to break ground on the five-story building in the third quarter of this year, with completion set for the first quarter 2021.
