Apex Alliance Hotel Management has opened the first Courtyard by Marriott in Romania. Construction of the four-star Courtyard Bucharest Floreasca in the capital’s financial district took three years to complete. The investment amounted to nearly €22.5m. The property offers 259 guest rooms on 13 floors. The hotel also has a conference room, a fitness center, a shop and underground parking.
