Apex Alliance, the Lithuanian hotel operator that owns Europa Royale and Hilton Garden Inn in Bucharest, is planning to build a new four-star hotel under the Courtyard by Hilton brand in the Romanian capital. The hotel will go up at the junction of Dimitrie Pompeiu and Barbu Vacarescu boulevards. Apex Alliance already bought the land and plans to break ground in a few months.
