Apex in Bethesda sold to Carr Properties

The Apex Building in Bethesda, MD, has been sold to Carr Properties for a transaction price of $105.5 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) in the sale of the 162,614 sqf, Class-A office building. Located at 7272 Wisconsin Avenue, the building was fully-leased at the time of the sale and is just three blocks from the Bethesda metro station. Cushman & Wakefield’s also represented ASHP in its headquarters relocation in a 67,744 sqf lease on the top three floors of 4500 East West Highway. The office building traded for just under $650 per sqf.
