Apleona GVA will continue to manage the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Kraków for Invesco Real Estate. The Apleona GVA team, led by Grzegorz Kaleta, director of hotel and technical advisory, initially oversaw the technical due diligence of the property during Invesco Real Estate’s acquisition process. Apleona GVA is now providing technical advisory to the owner, including helping the hotel operator prepare its technical budget, identify potential investments and improvements, as well as full project management of jointly selected and approved CAPEX refurbishment projects. The Sheraton Grand Hotel includes 232 guest rooms. The premium-class rooms were fully refurbished in 2016 based on a design by the London-based architect Alex Kravetz.
