TH Real Estate has tapped Apleona GVA to oversee project management of The Cube office development, going up across from Berlin’s main station in the new Europacity district. The building, based on plans by Danish architects 3XN, has been under construction since the beginning of the year. The developer is CA Immo, which is carrying out the project for the European Cities Fund, managed by TH Real Estate. The cube-shaped building with glass facades will offer 17,000 sqm of rental space.
