Apleona HSG Facility Management will take on comprehensive facility management at 15 German locations for the Jenoptik photonics group. The value of the deal was not disclosed. Apleona will act as a central facility management service provider, overseeing all integrated facility management services at Jenoptik’s German locations, including technologically complex production locations and the corporate headquarters in Jena. Apleona will also take on property management services, including rental contract management for Jenoptik companies and commercial management of company-owned properties.
