Apleona HSG Facility Management was named facility manager of more than 100 locations owned by the energy group EnBW in Baden-Württemberg. The companies signed a three-year contract. The properties include the group’s headquarters as well as the multi-purpose location EnBW City. Apleona will be responsible for operating almost 20,000 technical building systems. EnBW is one of the largest energy-supply companies in Germany and Europe.
