Appeninn has acquired an office building in Zugló. The property offers 3,200 sqm of office space and is in 95 percent leased. The cost of the deal was HUF 440m, with the HUF 160m down payment financed by the company’s own shares. The remaining cost was covered by a 12-year forint-based loan from OTP Bank. Appeninn Vagyonkezelő Holding Nyrt. is listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange.
