Appeninn acquired an office property in Budapest’s Rózsadomb district. The cost of the deal was not disclosed, however, according to market sources, the Hungarian investor hopes to see a return on the investment within seven years, after signing a six-year fixed-term lease agreement with Pénzügykutató Alapítvány. The financial research foundation leased more than 800 sqm of office space in the building, pushing occupancy to more than 95 percent.
