Appeninn’s Hungarian commercial property portfolio grew to 93,000 sqm of leasable space in 2018, up by 47 percent from the previous year. The holding company currently operates a total of 41 properties in the country. It bought 18 retail properties from Erste Fund Management for €14.5m. Appeninn also acquired a 75-percent stake in PRO-MUT Hungaria for €14.1m. Under the deal, which closed last month, Appeninn took over the 37 ha Club Aliga at Lake Balaton. Appeninn is controlled by Lorinc Meszaros through Konzum Group.
