Appeninn Property Management, an expanding Hungarian investment company, has bought a new, 3,720 m2 office building next to the Four Seasons and Sofitel Accor Hotel. The newly purchased building has monument characteristics and was built in 1948 says Gábor Székely, CEO of Appeninn. Appenin concentrates mainly on niche market investments and especially on B-category office buildings. Székely said that Appenin plans to double the consolidated asset value of the holding company within two years.
