Aquila Capital expands resi portfolio in Madrid

Aquila Capital has acquired its third residential project in Spain. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The scheme will include 75 high-end semi-detached houses and villas on a 23,000 sqm plot in La Moraleja. The units will average 300 sqm of living space. There will also be 225 underground parking spaces. In the last 12 months, housing prices in La Moraleja have increased by around 10 percent, according to recently published market data.
