Hotel real estate investment trust ARC Hospitality has purchased a Hampton Inn in Deerfield Beach for $11.46 million or $108,113 per room. The 106 room hotel is located at 660 West Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield beach. The sellers were subsidiaries of W2007 Grace I and WNT holdings. The hotel last sold in October 2007 in a deal whose price was not published. Prior to that the last sale of the property was for nearly $13 million in October 2004. The 71,648 square foot Hampton Inn was built in 2002
