The Cristea family, is planning to invest €20m between 2017 and 2020 to expand its Arc Parc Industrial campus in Dej, northwestern Romania. The expansion will include an incubator for businesses and manufacturing as well as administrative buildings, services and greenery. Arc Pac Industrial was founded in 2005 by Adriana Cristea and covers 40 ha. It is considered the first private industrial park in Cluj County and the second largest in Romania. The park has 19 tenants, occupying about 40 percent of the total available area.
