Businessmen Dan Șucu, owner of the Mobexpert group, and Valentin Vișoiu, owner of the Conarg construction group, are preparing to launch the next phase of development of the Arcadia Apartments residential complex in Bucharest, with 245 apartments, after delivering about 500 units in this project.
The new stage will have commercial spaces on the ground floor of the buildings and a new range of apartment types: 3- and 4-room lofts with garden, penthouse, duplex and 4-room apartments, according to representatives of real estate consulting company Conadi, the exclusive seller of the residential complex.
According to them, 95 percent of the apartments in the first two completed stages were sold.
