Arcadis, a global design and consultancy firm, signed a lease on 1,300 sqm of office at West Station II in Warsaw. The company will move in to its new space in July. The building, located on Aleje Jerozolimskie, was developed by HB Reavis. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported Arcadis in its office search and lease negotiation process. West Station offers a total of 68,500 sqm of office space. The complex, designed by the FS&P Arcus, is a joint venture between HB Reavis, PKP S.A. and Xcity Investment. It features two 14-story office buildings and a new railway station building.
