Archicom Lodz signed a contract with Ghelamco NC, in the performance of a contract for the conditional sale of December 1, 2023, transferring ownership of real estate in Lodz for the price of PLN 90 million plus VAT, Archicom reported. The implementation of the transfer agreement is aimed at the development of Archicom Group’s activities on the residential real estate market in the city of Lodz.
Archicom Group is a nationwide developer, the leader of the Wrocław housing market, which plans to start projects in other large Polish cities in the coming months. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2016. It is owned by Echo Investment.
