Archicom has started sales of 255 apartments in the second stage of its Forma estate residential scheme on Czartoryskiego street in Wrocław. The project will feature three buildings with two- to four-room apartments, ranging in size from 35 sqm to 74 sqm. Prices start at PLN 5,900 per sqm. Construction of the first of three buildings will break ground in the third quarter of 2018. The design is by Archicom Studio, and Archicom-Realizacja Inwestycji will serve as general contractor. The entire estate will comprise of 522 units, with completion planned for 2020.
