Archivio has leased 1,900 sqm of warehouse and office space at Hillwood Marki. The provider of document archiving services was represented by Cresa during the lease process. Hillwood Marki is an industrial park located in Marki, close to the S8 expressway. The investment comprises four buildings totaling 91,000 sqm of completed warehouse space. “We are thrilled that Archivio has chosen our facility. It is another project of ours on one of the core industrial markets in Poland. Benefiting from its strong road infrastructure, proximity to Warsaw and labor pool, this location is ideal for business operations,” said Magdalena Ostrowska, an associate at Hillwood Polska.
