12 February 2016

Kodulahe OU, a subsidiary of the Estonian developer Arco Vara, is set to break ground on the first phase of a residential building in Tallinn’s Haabersti district at the end of February. The building will offer 125 apartments and five commercial units. Completion is set for July 2017. Arco Vara secured €9.35m in financing for the project from Nordea Bank earlier this month. Arco Vara acquired the property in 2013 and unveiled plans to build 330 apartments on the site a year later.
