The Arcona Property Fund increased its value by 3.7 percent y-o-y in 2017. The assessed value of the fund’s four properties in the Czech Republic rose by 5.7 percent, while the value of its eight properties in Slovakia was up by 2.8 percent. The value of the fund’s 12 assets in its Polish portfolio remained stable. The fund acquired four assets in Poland in 2017 and sold two small office buildings in Prague and Kosice. The fund’s portfolio grew from €75.02m to €89.68m, up by almost 20 percent.
