Arcona Capital has succeeded in listing Arcona Property Fund on the Prague Stock Exchange (PSE) and will be the first share traded on the market in the UCITS funds segment. Director Guy Barker says that along with gaining access to Czech investment capital, the listing will give the fund greater liquidity and visibility. “It allows our existing investors to be able to trade shares in Arcona Property Fund in Prague as well as in Amsterdam, which increases the liquidity of the shares and thereby our potential to raise the capital needed for further expansions.” He said the listing would provide retail investors with an opportunity to invest in the region’s real estate market. “The fund offers an attractive combination of liquidity and dividends in a secure regulatory framework.”
