Arcona Property Fund produced net rental income of €2.41m over the first six months of 2019, roughly the same as in 2019, while its gross rental income increased 1.2 percent. Its after tax result over the same period was €195,000, while if real estate and derivative valuation adjustments are disregarded, the result came to €605,000 (compared to €588,000 in 2018). The fund is on track to produce an operating result of €2.4m after posting a first half result of €1.1m. Arcona Property Fund’s net asset value (based on EPRA NNNAV) came to 13.30 per share as of June 30. It intends to pay an interim dividend of €0.10 per share, subject to a final decision to be taken during September.
