Arctic, controlled by the Turkey’s Arcelik, leased 20,000 sqm of warehouse space at ELI Park 1 in the Chitila area near Bucharest. The household appliance manufacturer recently started operations at the washing machine factory in Ulmi, Dâmboviţa County, less than a month earlier. ELI Park 1 is owned by Dedeman, Ionuţ Dumitrescu and Muler Onofrei. It offers 50,000 sqm of leasable space.
