Arden Karson has joined the CBRE Group as senior managing director for the company’s South Florida region. Karson will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of CBRE’s South Florida business operations, encompassing three offices, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton and approximately 200 employees. In her new role, Karson will oversee the delivery of integrated commercial real estate services to clients throughout the South Florida market. Prior to joining CBRE, Karson served as senior vice president for The Related Group and held positions with Lennar/LNR, Advenir, Tate Capital, CREC and Barrow Street Capital. Karson is a graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
