Arad Real Estate Developer Real (ARED) announced its intention of delivering 400 new Arad Real Estate Developer Real (ARED) is developing 400 new homes in western Romania. The company already started construction on two residential complexes, with a total of eight blocks, in Arad and Oradea. Bayer Construct is overseeing the constriction.
The residential complex in Arad includes three 10-story buildings. The project is going up on Splaiul Magheru street, near the supermarket Billa Micalaca. Construction is set for completion in early 2018.
The residential project in Oradea will include two eight-story buildings. the project is underway on Stefan Octavian Iosif street, near the new Kaufland supermarket. Completion is set for November 2016.
