Bermuda-based insurer Argo Group has signed a 48,000 square foot lease at the soon to be completed Meatpacking District office development at 413 West 14th Street. Argo will be taking the top two floors in a four-story office building which is being built by Rockpoint Group, Highgate and the Meilman family. The deal makes it the anchor tenant in the 200,000 sqf scheme. Argo is keeping its current 17,000 square-foot office at 610 Broadway in NoHo and will use its Meatpacking location as expansion space.
