SPEEDWELL and Arhivatorul have recently signed a 1,000 sqm lease in the SPACEPLUS warehouse, for a 7-year period.
SPEEDWELL’s project provides 10,000 sqm of storage space, with units ranging from 400 to 600 and a clear height of 6m. Thanks to the built-in modularity of the concept, tenants can join multiple units to reach the surface they need. Located close to the A1 highway exit, in the north-west of Bucharest, SPACEPLUS offers direct access to the ring road and an easy route to and from the city centre.
