Arka BZ WBK Fundusz Rynku Nieruchomości 2 FIZ, a second closed-end fund from Arka BZ WBK, finalized the sale of five real estate projects and two SPVs. The buyer is Bergold Group, owned by Aleksander Goldberg. Savills brokered the deal. The Arka fund is set to close in December.
Launched May 2008, the Arka fund offered more than 2 million certificates to individual and institutional investors. At the end of July, investors were paying PLN 73.06 per share. The portfolio, totaling 25,000 sqm of space, includes Galeria Łomża in Łomża, Dom Handlowy Dukat in Olsztyn as well as three office buildings: Park Biznesu Teofilów in Łodźi, Jutrzenka Business Park and Okopowa 56 in Warsaw.
