Armada Hoffler Properties has announced that the company is investing $42 million into the multifamily component of Annapolis Junction Town Center. The $102 million project is a planned 18-acre mixed-use, multi-asset development that will also feature 17,000 square feet of retail space, a 150-room hotel and 100,000 square feet of office space. Armada Hoffler will partner with the lead developer for the Town Center on building the residential portion of the mixed-use development. The project will feature 416 apartment homes with structured parking adjacent to the Savage MARC Commuter Rail Station.
