Arnia Software signed a lease on 1,550 sqm of office space at Europe House. The deal was brokered by DTZ. Arnia Software is a Romanian-French software focused on consulting and outsourcing services and the development of web products for the Romanian market.
āThis relocation has become necessary in the context of the companyās dynamic development. We’re glad we managed to complete the move to new premises in a very short time, and the first working day of 2015 we found the new home,ā said Cosmin Avram, financial director at Arnia Software.
Owned by the CA Immo Group, Europe House offers 16,500 sqm of space. The building is now 97 percent occupied. The tenant list includes Orange Romania, Metropolitan Life, BCR-Housing Bank, Bristol Myers Squibb, CBRE, BSS and Qatar Airways.
