Aro Palace SA, which manages hotels in Brasov, signed the letter of intent to enter into a franchise agreement with Hyatt Hotel Corporation for the Aro Palace hotel. If the partnership materializes, the hotel would be operated under the name “Hyatt Regency, Aro Palace Brasov”. The letter of intent is the first step, followed by other procedures for concluding the partnership.

By combining the service excellence of the Hyatt brand with our expertise in local culture and traditions, we will enhance Aro Palace’s ability to attract guests from around the world and offer them a unique experience,” said Attila Joós, CEO of Aro Palace S.A.
The conclusion of the partnership with Hyatt would represent a first for the local market, thus the hotel group will expand its network with the first hotel in Romania.
