ARR takes 10,000 sqm at Korolkowa Business Park

Poland’s state-run agricultural market agency (ARR) agreed to take 10,000 sqm of offices at Asbud Group’s Korolkowa Business Park in Warsaw. The CEO of Grupy Asbud, Raied Tanous, says the “challenging” negotiation process delayed the closing. He added, however, that the final result is a win-win for both sides. Colliers International brokered the deal.

Delivered at the beginning of the year, Korolokowa Business Park provides 18,800 sqm of commercial space, with more than 2,600 sqm intended for retail.
