Art-Invest, Real Asset and Pegasus JV acquire Sperber Park at Frankfurter Ring in Munich

Art-Invest Real Estate, Real Asset and Pegasus Capital Partners have acquired Sperber Park, a former publishing area, at Frankfurter Ring 150 with around 10,200 m² off-market from a private owner company as part of a joint venture.

The fully rented office and commercial ensemble is located between Parkstadt Schwabing, Domagkpark and the Frankfurter Ring in the north of Munich and has very good connections to downtown Munich, the A9 motorway and the airport. It is developed with several existing buildings and has a diversified tenant and branch structure (textiles, consulting, culture, sports and crafts) with a total of 9,000 m² of rental space.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The buyers received legal advice on the transaction from GSK Stockmann. dr Weigl Augustinowski Treuconsult GmbHRechtsanwaltsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft accompanied the transaction on the seller’s side.

Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen and a loan fund advised by Kingstone Debt Advisory are supporting the property as long-term financing partners.
