Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired the headquarters of Deutsche Telekom AG in Bonn from a consortium of South Korean institutional investors and KGAL. The property in Bonn’s federal district, built in 1995 and extensively renovated between 2015 and 2017, is rented out on a long-term basis and offers space for up to 2,500 employees.
The single-tenant property, built in 1995, is 100% leased to Deutsche Telekom on a long-term basis. The rental area of around 81,000 sqm is mostly for classic office use. There are also around 980 parking spaces. The property is located in the established office sub-location in Bonn’s federal district and was extensively modernized in the years 2015 to 2017.
“We are really happy to be represented as Art-Invest Real Estate at this exciting location within Bonn, which has grown over the years, and we look forward to the complex tasks with great pleasure. As an active asset manager, there is an opportunity here to contribute our expertise in the field of sustainable building management and development,” says Arne Hilbert, Managing Director and NRW branch manager at Art-Invest Real Estate.
