Artemis Real Estate has acquired a 2 ha parcel of land in Timisoara where it is planning to develop 800 apartments. The Swiss company intends to invest between €10m and €15m in the project, which includes the land PURCHASE. Artemis already owns 150 ha of land in Romania as well as five logistics projects. The company is currently in the design phase. It will hold an architecture competition in the near future.
