Artisanal Tapas signed a lease on 1,500 sqm of manufacturing and warehouse space and 300 sqm of office space at City Flex in Szczecin. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the Spanish snack manufacturer during lease negotiations. The modern A class building, which is currently under development, is part of the developer’s 7R City Flex urban warehouse concept. The scheme has a BREEAM Very Good certificate.
