Technology based trading company, Arxis Capital, has signed a new lease for 29,000 sqf of office space at 623 Fifth Avenue. The firm will take two floors at the 400,000 sqf tower to triple its current 7,500 sqf office at 527 Madison Avenue. The 36-story tower, formerly known as the Swiss Bank Tower, is better known for its street-level flagship store Saks Fifth Avenue. Silvio Petriello, Alexander Golod and Ben Friedland of CBRE TRData LogoTINY represented Arxis in the deal. Marc Horowitz of Cohen Brothers Realty and Colliers International represented the landlord.
