AS Merko Ehitus Group and OÜ Hansa Hotell have entered in to a contract for the second stage of construction for an office building at Sadama 9 in Tallinn. The contract for this stage of construction is worth approximately €4 million. The agreement follows a similar contract signed in November 2017 for the first stage of the project. The four story office building, located close to Tallinn’s port, is set for completion in February 2019. The building will offer over 5,000 sqm of office space. This contract comes after Merko’s announcement that their turnover for 2017 was €317 million, it is the first time they have exceeded €300 million in 10 years.
