An affiliate of ASB Real Estate Investments has secured $105 million of senior financing secured by Sedona | Slate, a Class-A multifamily apartment property in Rosslyn, Virginia. Constructed in 2013, the 474-unit property is located three blocks from the Rosslyn Metro station. The property features spacious luxury apartments including a 433-space parking garage and 10,435 sqf of retail space on Clarendon Boulevard. The fixed rate financing was was sourced through Cushman & Wakefield who placed the instrument with Prudential Insurance Company of America. Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of Steve Kohn, Alex Hernandez, John Campanella, Sridhar Vankayala and Gloria Agyeman served as exclusive advisors in the transaction.
