The construction of two 95-meter Towarowa Towers located in the western city center, at Prosta Street in Warsaw. This is another premium investment by Asbud Group near Rondo Daszyńskiego. The entire complex, planned by Asbud, will consist of two twin 29-story towers and 3 lower apartment buildings of a higher standard, which will be built at a later stage. In total, the entire complex will include about 900 premises.
Almost 600 apartments of various sizes are planned in the two towers in the range from 25 to 140 sq m. and a four-storey underground garage. At the moment, tower A is on offer, almost 40% of which have already been sold. The apartments are sold with a turnkey finish – customers can choose from among the 3 proposed standards. Most of the apartments will have a balcony or loggia, which is not common in comparable premium skyscrapers. Many amenities have been planned for future residents, incl. common space with terraces with a relaxation area, fitness club and lounge. The towers will also feature a representative lobby with an eye-catching graphic theme.
The complex, which will be built just 1 minute’s walk from the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, will primarily serve a residential function, but will also feature commercial premises on the ground floors. It will be well balanced with the neighboring area, which currently houses mainly A-class office buildings.
The towers will be built of high-quality materials – a combination of aluminum and glass. Part of the façade will be illuminated by illumination, which will give the block an interesting rhythm at night. The construction of the towers is planned for approximately 37 months. The general contractor is Hochtief, which has proven experience in the construction of high-class skyscrapers such as Rondo 1 and Cosmopolitan.
